Improving Resource Design and Readability
The Data System and Analysis Support (DSAS) is a federally funded program that provides data submission support to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) grant recipients and their providers.
Challenge
The DSAS team needed to modernize and rebrand Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program manuals to create a consistent style, improve usability, and enhance visual appeal for stakeholders.
Solution
Our graphic design experts rebranded the manuals using a livelier color palette, consistent icons, and improved formatting. We also provided professional copy editing to align with AP style and conducted 508 remediation to ensure accessibility.
Results
The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program manuals now feature a consistent identity and are professionally edited, accessible, and visually engaging. These updates make it easier for readers to locate information, understand instructions, and submit accurate data in their reports.
