Adult Protective Services

Child and Family Welfare
Our team has a long history supporting child welfare programs and a deep understanding of the goals of child and family welfare agencies across multiple levels. Our WRMA subsidiary was originally founded to provide automated solutions for agencies, specializing in case management and data systems. Through this work and ongoing partnerships with HHS and others, we help drive improvements that lead to better outcomes for children and families.
Early Childhood
Early childhood has been at the heart of our work for decades. We support programs through training and technical assistance, monitoring federal regulations, expanding the workforce through Registered Apprenticeship, and conducting research and evaluation on child care eligibility. Many team members are former Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) administrators whose firsthand experience helps us guide programs in overcoming challenges and building stronger, more sustainable support for children and families.
Education
We help children learn, grow, and thrive by promoting excellence in early education and expanding access to quality programs. Our team of infant, toddler, and preschool experts provides training and technical assistance to states, territories, and Tribes, while also supporting family-friendly policies and high-quality afterschool and summer programs for children from low-income families.
Food and Nutrition Services
Our team supports improved access to healthy foods for underserved populations. Our team brings expertise in research, data analysis, and evaluation, helping agencies understand program effectiveness and identify ways to make a bigger impact. By turning data into clear, practical recommendations, we support stronger food assistance and better nutrition outcomes.
HIV/AIDS Programs and Policies
We help strengthen services and improve health outcomes for people living with HIV/AIDS across the country. Our team brings expertise in program management, technical assistance, and policy support, working closely with HRSA, the HIV/AIDS Bureau, and program recipients to make a real difference in services and health outcomes.
