Tamara is an experienced early childhood professional with over 23 years of experience in the field at the local, state, and federal levels. In her current role she is responsible for providing technical assistance and resource development related to program integrity and improper payments, fiscal accountability, and fraud prevention strategies for the National Center on Subsidy Innovation and Accountability (NCSIA).
