Members of TriMetrix’s DSAS (Data System and Analysis Support) team attended the 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment, hosted by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), from August 4-7.

Rachel Gross, Imogen Fua, Brian McBee, Denise Absher, and Christopher van der Kaay represented the DSAS team at this year’s conference. Rachel participated in a panel discussion on audience engagement during the Division of Policy and Data Business Day Meeting. Outside of the panel, she joined the rest of the DSAS team for plenary sessions and workshops focused on the Ryan White program.

The DSAS team also had an exhibitor table at the conference. The expo showcased HRSA-funded training and technical assistance organizations and recipients involved in HIV care and treatment, giving the team an opportunity to connect with attendees and highlight DSAS’s technical assistance for Ryan White recipients and providers. The team shared information about its support for required reporting and data systems through a helpdesk, manuals, webinars, and other resources.

This year’s conference was especially meaningful as it recognized a critical milestone, the 35th anniversary of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act, known as the CARE Act. Passed in 1990, the CARE Act has been vital in providing a comprehensive system of care and support to now more than 600,000 people with HIV annually and advancing access to HIV care to end the HIV epidemic.
