TriMetrix is excited to unveil its new brand and fully redesigned website, now live for clients, partners, and communities. The rebrand unifies the company’s divisions with a clearer, more consistent identity that reflects both its history and its growth.

“TriMetrix has grown a lot over the past few years, and with that growth came the need for a clearer, more unified identity,” said Alison Sebastian, chief management officer at TriMetrix.

The company began in 1980 as Walter R. McDonald & Associates (WRMA), building a strong reputation with federal agencies. TriMetrix was established in 2014 as an umbrella company to broaden its impact, and in 2024 the company launched Trio Tech Global (TTG) to serve state, local, federal, and commercial clients beyond WRMA’s federal health and human services focus.

“We wanted something true to our history, our values, and the work we do every day,” said Melissa Smith, the company’s chief administrative officer. “We also wanted something that unifies us as a company that delivers exceptional work.”

Smith emphasized that the effort goes far beyond updated visuals.

“This new brand is more than a fresh design. It celebrates that unity — with a unified TriMetrix logo and brand, and accompanying WRMA and TTG logos. It also celebrates the creativity, innovation, and high-quality work that define everything we do. It’s a brand we can be proud to show off.”

The new look extends beyond branding. TriMetrix launched its redesigned website and is working to transition all staff to a TriMetrix email domain. These changes make it easier for clients and partners to see TriMetrix as one company, while giving staff modern tools to showcase their work.

“The new website highlights our services, demonstrates our impact, and creates a clear point of connection for anyone wanting to work with us,” Sebastian said.

The company views this milestone as a foundation for continued growth.

“TriMetrix’s strength has always come from the people behind the work — their commitment, creativity, and dedication to our clients,” said Judy Sebastian, TriMetrix CEO. “This new brand reflects not only who we are today but also where we’re going together. It shows our clients, partners, and communities that we are one unified team, ready to meet their most pressing needs and deliver results that matter. I’m proud of what we’ve built, and even more excited about the road ahead.”
