From our beginnings as WRMA to today’s TriMetrix family, our journey reflects decades of experience, innovation, and a shared commitment to creating lasting impact in communities nationwide.
Behind our new brand is a story that started more than 45 years ago. The work began in 1980 with the founding of Walter R. McDonald & Associates, now known as WRMA. From the start, the organization was built to support health and human services systems through management consulting, research, evaluation, and IT services. One of WRMA’s earliest and most influential projects, the Child and Youth Centered Information System, became a national model for child welfare and juvenile justice data systems, setting a strong foundation for innovation and impact.
In 2014, TriMetrix, Inc., was founded as a woman-owned small business to acquire WRMA and build on its legacy. By bringing together deep expertise in consulting, IT, and program support under shared corporate services, TriMetrix created new opportunities for growth while strengthening the systems and communities it serves. This structure allowed the organization to expand into new sectors while staying grounded in its mission-driven roots.
Today, TriMetrix continues to carry forward WRMA’s legacy while evolving to meet the needs of a changing landscape. That evolution includes the establishment of TTG in 2024, further strengthening the TriMetrix family of companies. Together, TriMetrix, WRMA, and TTG bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to creating lasting, meaningful change for communities nationwide.
