Each year, the TriMetrix team comes together for a virtual holiday celebration. It’s a chance to pause, reflect on the progress we’ve made over the past year, acknowledge the challenges we’ve overcome, and reconnect as a team through moments of fun and shared celebration.
This year, we tried something new. In addition to a brief all-staff reflection call, we introduced optional small group gatherings designed to give staff more opportunities to connect, unwind, and celebrate in a more personal way.
These sessions offered something for everyone. Team members joined mocktail-making classes, participated in guided meditation, wrapped gifts together, crafted seasonal projects, and played games that sparked laughter and friendly competition. The smaller group format created space for meaningful conversation, creativity, and connection, helping colleagues across the country spend time together despite the distance.
Our holiday gatherings served as a reminder of the strength of our team and the relationships that power our work throughout the year.
