Minnesota-based nonprofit Think Small wanted to increase outreach to early childhood education providers, families, and national stakeholders. The organization had undergone a large rebranding effort but lacked the internal design and communications capacity to implement it. Think Small turned to the Learning and Resource Center as a support to achieve its vision due to our design and marketing skills coupled with our depth of experience in the early childhood field.

The LRC provided marketing and communications strategy to help meet Think Small’s goals to increase its reach. In addition, we created materials to promote the organization’s services, resources, and trainings for early childhood providers and families. The print materials we created, range from tri-fold brochures to large format banners and conference swag. Our designs amplified Think Small’s fun, new branding, while keeping its audience of diverse early childhood professionals at heart.

Annual Book Catalog

Think Small’s publishing division, Redleaf Press, wanted to put out a new catalog but only had PDF files of its previous one. And, with Think Small’s new branding, the 60+ page direct mailer needed an overhaul.

The LRC established a content collection and design review process to ensure the project’s smooth progression and alignment with the team’s vision. The resulting design and content collection templates also enable future catalogs to be updated efficiently. After finalizing the revamped catalog, we worked closely with Think Small’s printer to verify the print files aligned with its specifications.

Think Small has trusted us with numerous projects.
