Minnesota-based nonprofit Think Small wanted to increase outreach to early childhood education providers, families, and national stakeholders. The organization had undergone a large rebranding effort but lacked the internal design and communications capacity to implement it. Think Small turned to the Learning and Resource Center as a support to achieve its vision due to our design and marketing skills coupled with our depth of experience in the early childhood field.

The LRC recommended marketing and communications strategies aimed at increasing Think Small’s digital reach. Our team crafted materials to promote Think Small’s services, resources, and training programs for early childhood providers and families, aligning with its mission to advance quality care and education for children in their crucial early years. We assisted in the development of messaging for some of these marketing pieces and managed social media and email efforts to help Think Small expand its online presence. Additionally, we created more than 200 graphics to support Think Small’s publishing subsidiary, Redleaf Press, with its book sales on Amazon.

The LRC helped amplify Think Small’s outreach with its new branding through a spectrum of digital resources, including:

  • Email marketing templates and campaign materials (shown in top image)
  • A+ content for Amazon (show in top image)
  • Branded templates for Microsoft Office
  • Video development: We’ve created short scenario-based animated videos for Think Small’s e-learning courses and developed a promotional video for its Child Care Calculator
  • Social media graphics and captions
