Process guide and tools
This comprehensive guide produced by the Learning and Resource Center (LRC) on behalf of TriMetrix subsidiary WRMA and its client, the Office of Child Care (OCC), provides states and territories with all the information and resources needed to perform monitoring processes within the OCC Monitoring System.
The LRC’s graphic and instructional design professionals worked with the project’s subject matter experts to develop this new resource for states and territories. Our team developed tables, graphics, and incorporated the principals of adult learning theory to create an attractive, easy-to-use process guide for Lead Agencies receiving Child Care and Development Funds.
Additionally, the LRC provided copy editing services for the project, improving readability and use of grammar and aligning with AP style. Lastly, the LRC completed 508 remediation to ensure the resource is fully accessible to users with visual and other disabilities.
