Change Management Consultation
On behalf of our client the University of Missouri, Kansas City – Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC), TriMetrix’s Learning and Resource Center provided change management consulting to support this team during a period of rapid growth. As a part of this work, we facilitated regional conversations across Missouri. These sessions assisted staff in understanding the nature of organizational and individual change and provided strategies to help navigate it. In addition, our team crafted an internal communication plan for ECIC, designed to bring together remote staffers to better navigate change collectively and help them come together around the organization’s shared mission and vision.
