The Learning and Resource Center, on behalf of WRMA and its client the Health and Human Services’ Administration for Community Living, produced this fun and informative whiteboard animation to provide a high-level overview of Adult Protective Services Technical Assistance and Resource Center (APS TARC) and its services. The animation resides on the APS TARC’s homepage and is 508 compliant.
