Animated Overview
The Learning and Resource Center, on behalf of WRMA and its client the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living, produced this fun and informative motion graphic animation to provide a high-level overview of the Adult Protective Services Technical Assistance Resource Center (APS TARC) and its services. The LRC collaborated with subject matter experts to generate the script and storyboard, provided voiceover services, created the graphics, and animated the video.
The animation resides on the APS TARC homepage and is 508 compliant.
