Technical Assistance: Florida Department of Children and Families
We conducted a comprehensive review of the child abuse hotline, revamped the statewide child welfare information system to support Florida’s practice model, and trained over 7,000 personnel statewide. These efforts led to sustained operational improvements and long-term client trust.
Advisory & IT Modernization Services: Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services
We led PMO for a $100M health and human service transformation and served on the executive steering committee to guide statewide policy change. TTG provided technical assistance to implement a remote call center workforce that reduced waiting times and improved operational flexibility and tracking. We partnered with state agencies, community partners, and other external stakeholders to seamlessly integrate modernized grant and financial management systems.
Advisory Services: Fulton County, Georgia Department of Social Services
TTG conducted a comprehensive assessment of all Fulton County departments providing citizen services. We engaged department directors, supervisors, and the Board of County Commissioners to identify opportunities to streamline service delivery and recommend ways to improve efficiency and accessibility across departments. The assessment led to the consolidation of several departments, resulting in more accessible services for residents and cost savings for the county.
Staff Augmentation: U.S. Department of State
Our team worked directly with the Assistant Chief of Protocol for Major Events at the Department of State to provide International Conference Officers. These staff execute high-profile conferences and events assigned by the White House and Secretary of State including the 2024 Chiefs of Mission Conference and the NATO Summit.
Strategic Communications and Change Management: University of Missouri – Kansas City, Early Childhood Innovation Center
Our LRC developed comprehensive internal and external communication plans, core messaging, logos, and branding guidelines for ECIC. We applied these materials across templates, collateral, website content, infographics, and more. To support adoption, we designed and delivered in-person brand ambassador and change management trainings, helping staff embrace the new messaging and recognize how their roles align with the organization’s mission.
