The Learning and Resource Center (LRC), on behalf of WRMA and its client the Administration for Community Living (ACL), developed this series of infographics to inform stakeholders about the data collection process for the National Adult Maltreatment Reporting System (NAMRS).
The LRC’s designers and 508 compliance specialists collaborated with WRMA’s team of adult protective service subject matter experts to transform their hand-drawn idea into a professionally designed, 508 compliant series of infographics. The infographics distilled a complex system into a set of manageable and accessible resources for ACL’s stakeholders across the country.
The infographics were posted to ACL’s website and distributed to all stakeholders before, during, and after 12 national listening sessions. The listening sessions helped inform ACL about desired changes to NAMRS. The infographics were instrumental in providing details of the NAMRS data elements during the sessions.
View the full series of infographics on the NAMRS website. Links for these infographics are available in the “What Data is Submitted to NAMRS?” section on NAMRS’s homepage.
